6. Creamy potato bake with bacon, celery, capsicum & chives

$30.00 Per Person

1.  Assortment of homemade style dips, cheese pate with corn chips & crackers
2.  Roast scotch fillets served with sweet mango chutney
3.  Roast pork loin served with an apple & cranberry sauce
4.  Roast chicken served with basil pesto & garlic paste
5.  A choice of smoked salmon or a baked Atlantic salmon marinaded in ginger
6.  Greek salad with feta & kalamata olives
7.  Chicken caesar salad
8.  Seafood pasta salad with king prawns
9.  Basil pesto potato salad, egg, sundried tomato & shiitake mushrooms

Price is based on 40 persons or more. Prices don’t include GST. exclusive. Above price includes all your good quality disposable plates, forks, knives & napkins. Meat is carved & delivered hot.

An experienced spit roast catering service provider will have the right tools and staff including experienced chefs, waiters and bar tenders, for expert preparation, cooking, presentation and serving of food and beverages. An expert spit roast caterer will allow you and your guests to thoroughly enjoy your party while they take care of the food and beverage requirements. They will bring in all the required meat, be it lamb, beef, pork, chicken or spit roast delivered to perfection to the venue itself while the party is catching on!
